1. Who we are
FullExperience.AI operates the client portal at os.fullexperience.ai (the “Portal”). This policy describes what we collect through the Portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. It supplements — and does not replace — any data terms in your services agreement with us.
2. What we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and profile photo, managed through our authentication provider. Engagement data: the business content your engagement supplies — website analytics, lead submissions (such as name, phone, email, and service interest submitted through your website’s forms), files, and brand assets. Usage data: sign-in events and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.
3. How we use it
To operate the Portal and deliver the services you engaged us for — displaying your workspace, reporting on your marketing performance, and managing leads on your behalf. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your engagement data to advertise to third parties.
4. Service providers
The Portal runs on carefully chosen processors: Clerk (authentication and account management), Vercel (hosting), Google (analytics data and Drive file storage), Basin (form submission processing), and Cloudinary (media delivery). Each processes data only as needed to provide its function to us, under its own security and privacy commitments.
5. Cookies and authentication
The Portal uses session cookies and similar tokens strictly for signing you in and keeping your session secure. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on the Portal.
6. Retention
We keep account and engagement data for as long as your engagement is active, and afterwards only as needed to satisfy legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution requirements. Lead records belong to your business — ask us for an export at any time.
7. Security
Access to client workspaces is role-restricted per account, traffic is encrypted in transit, and credentials are handled by our authentication provider rather than stored by us. No system is perfectly secure; notify us immediately at the address below if you suspect unauthorized access.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to what we must retain for the engagement or by law. Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply under local privacy laws.
