Terms of Use

Last updated: July 12, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your access to the FullExperience.AI client portal at os.fullexperience.ai (the “Portal”), operated by FullExperience.AI (“we,” “us”). By signing in or using the Portal you agree to these terms. If you are using the Portal on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

2. The service

The Portal provides FullExperience.AI clients with access to their engagement workspace — including website analytics, lead records, files, deployment status, and related reporting. The Portal is provided as part of your services agreement with FullExperience.AI; where these terms conflict with a signed services agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Accounts and access

Accounts are provisioned by FullExperience.AI and are personal to you. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or revoke access to protect the Portal or its users, or when an engagement ends.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Portal — including attempting to access another client’s workspace or data, probing or disrupting the service, reverse engineering non-public portions of the software, or using the Portal in violation of applicable law.

5. Client data and content

As between you and us, you retain ownership of the business data and content you or your engagement supply to the Portal (such as brand assets, lead records, and site content). You grant us the rights needed to host, display, and process that content to operate the Portal and deliver the services. The Portal software, design, and everything else we provide remain our property.

6. Third-party services

The Portal integrates third-party services (for example authentication, hosting, analytics, form processing, and media delivery). Their availability is not within our control, and their terms may apply to their processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

The Portal is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Analytics and reporting figures are provided for information and may be estimates supplied by third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FullExperience.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Portal. Our total liability for claims relating to the Portal is limited to the amounts you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim arose.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the Portal and these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue Portal access when your engagement with FullExperience.AI ends.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms: logan@fullexperience.ai.
